The warranty does not cover normal wear, patina development, or accidental damage.

Care & Maintenance

Cleaning is simple and natural. Mix equal parts fresh lemon juice and salt, pour it into the bottle, shake gently for 30 seconds, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Do this once a week to maintain the natural copper shine. Avoid dishwashers, abrasive scrubbers, and harsh chemical cleaners. We include a full care guide with every order.

Absolutely. The dark patina (called verdigris) that develops inside your bottle is a completely natural process and is actually a sign that your copper is genuine and active. It does not affect the water quality or safety. Regular cleaning with the lemon-salt method will restore the shine if you prefer.

No. Dishwasher detergents are too harsh for copper and can damage the surface and affect the bottle's natural properties. Always hand-wash with the lemon-salt method or mild soap and warm water.

We recommend using your The Copper Wellness bottle exclusively for room-temperature or cool water. Hot liquids can cause burns and affect copper's natural properties. Acidic juices (lemon, orange, etc.) can react with the copper surface and affect the taste. For best results, use plain water only.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping fee of $5.95.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days in its original, unused condition for a full refund. We will cover return shipping for defective items.
